WTF Is Vibe Marketing? (& Why I Like It)

ree

One thing I see people talking more and more about in Chennai’s startup community,

is VIBE MARKETING

Now as usual, I’m gonna comment on it with half-assed knowledge.

So, is it like vibe coding?

NO

Because with vibe coding you’re gonna have a working product in less than a day or maybe even less than an hour.

But with vibe marketing?

It’s gonna take your weeks, if not months.

BUT,

Why did I tell you I like it?

Because in my worldview,

It’s similar to how regular coding vs vibe coding is the SPEED aspect….

Vibe marketing = ship working content with speed + BLAST content…

Not polished.

Not corporate.

Not “let’s debate fonts in a 2-hour meeting.”

Just PURE RAW content sent to the world at speed.

Think about it.

Most businesses obsess over “perfect campaigns.”

They want the video with the drone shots,

the slogan that sounds like it came from a Fortune 500 boardroom,

the email that took 6 weeks to approve.

Meanwhile some scrappy dude with a phone,

a mic,

and a decent idea

is posting 10 reels in a week,

Blasting ads everyday with fresh creatives

blasting blogs and newsletters

and blowing up.

That’s vibe marketing.

Quantity + speed + minimum viable quality = result.

Of course, the trick is this MVQ.

Because If all your “vibe” is trash,

then congrats, you just sprayed garbage across the internet.

So here’s how to make vibe marketing actually work:

I. Speed-test.

Throw out 10 pieces of content on every channel

INCLUDING PAID ADS

see which 2 pop, and then scale what works

II. Ride trends, but twist them.

Don’t be another NPC regurgitating what Perplexity or ChatGPT tells you.

Add YOUR take on things.

III. Connect it to real offers.

Vibes are worthless if nobody clicks through.

End every content with a breadcrumb that leads back to your funnel.

That’s why I like the idea.

Because done right,

vibe marketing FORCES you to stop being a timid perfectionist and start moving fast.

And in a world where attention dies fast

… SPEED wins.

Talk soon, Mahesh

P.S.

Even with vibe marketing, you need 2 things.

A solid strategic plan so you don’t blast lame and generic vomit on the internet.

Someone who can execute FAST and don’t spend 3 weeks on onboarding.

If you’re looking to set up a marketing team that focuses on getting results

AS FAST AS THEY CAN…

Revenueholic is the right fit.
